SHIPPING POLICY

• dunelondon.ae caters to United Arab Emirates, KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait region only.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card and Store Credit as a method of Payment.
• All shipments will be delivered through Fetchr (for UAE).
• Shipments will be delivered within 5 working days for most of the areas.
• Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
• Customers can track their shipments on the shipping company's website by using the AWB number supplied.
• Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attracts AED 20 across all regions.
• For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Fetchr office
• As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Fetchr. Additional charges may apply.
• The following areas are defined by Fetchr as out of service areas.
